LEZIONI DI CUCINA-LA PASTA/PASTA DAY 22 ottobre/22nd October

In occasione della GIORNATA MONDIALE DELLA PASTA, quest'anno a Istambul il 25 ottobre, la Scuola di Cucina Cordon Bleu tiene una lezione tutta dedicata alla pasta il 22 OTTOBRE H. 14.00 OPPURE H. 19.00.
Parleremo di storia, tradizione e curiosità. Verranno preparati 6 piatti di pasta, alcuni tipici altri creativi, semplici e sfiziosi. Cucineremo la Pasta Rustichella, ditta prestigiosa che ha aderito con entusiasmo all'iniziativa.

This year PASTA DAY is going to be celebrated at Istambul on the 25th of October. The Cordon Bleu Cooking school in Florence partecipates at the event holding a cooking class on the 22nd October, completely devoted to pasta dishes, modern and traditional, simple but impressive. We'll talk about tradition and history as well cooking techniques.
Pasta Rustichella, the famous brand of pasta, is our partner in this particular event.
